Who this is for
Movers, expediters, delivery fleets and anyone running a 16–26 ft box on an Isuzu, Hino, F-650/750 or M2. Box trucks are almost always over 10,001 lbs (and often over 26,001), so name + USDOT are the norm, with GVW/GVWR in a number of states.
What's actually required?
Federal rule 49 CFR §390.21 requires your legal or trade name and USDOT number on both sides of the power unit, legible from 50 ft. The MC number is not a federal marking (many carriers add it); GVW/GVWR is a state-level requirement in some states. Not sure which lines your operation needs? Sizes — why we recommend Large
Box-truck cabs sit high and the doors are big, so we recommend Large: company name 4" tall, USDOT / MC / GVW lines 3" tall, up to 36" wide — the size that actually reads from a cruiser at 50 ft. Standard is available if your doors are short.

Application (about 15 minutes)
