What's in the kit
Each box side:

Every section is numbered and pre-masked, with a layout sheet for each side.
Pick your box length
The box is the cargo body behind the cab. Each size sets how far the side lettering can run:
- 10 to 12 ft box: up to 8 ft per side
- 14 to 16 ft box: up to 10 ft per side
- 20 to 22 ft box: up to 14 ft per side
- 24 to 26 ft box: up to 18 ft per side
That leaves room for the rail posts and the edges of the box. Send a straight-on photo and the proof shows the exact size on your truck.
Two colors at no charge
Want the name in red and everything else in black? Pick your main color in the Color option and type the second color in the personalization box. Same price.
Font
Block, Condensed, Impact, Bold Serif, Brush Script, Elegant Script, Rounded or Typewriter. Name it in the box, or send your logo and we match it.
What's actually required
If your box truck needs a USDOT number, the federal marking rule (49 CFR 390.21) asks for your legal or trade name and USDOT number on both sides of the truck, in a contrasting color, legible from 50 feet. Install
The sides are a two-person job. Every set ships with hinge-method instructions, and the numbered sections plus the layout sheet mean nobody has to guess. On the roll-up door, apply each piece with the door closed, then cut the vinyl at each panel joint with a sharp blade so the door rolls up freely. Instructions included. Wash the box, wipe the area with isopropyl alcohol, and install in the shade between 50 and 90°F. In the Las Vegas area? Message us about install.
