Fleet Branding: Every Truck Matching

One truck with nice lettering is a truck. Ten trucks matching is a company people remember.

Why matching matters

Customers can't count your trucks — they count how many times they notice them. Ten different-looking vehicles read as ten small operators. Ten identical layouts read as one established company seen ten times. The repetition is the advertising.

The one-page fleet spec

Big fleets write a livery spec; yours fits on a page: logo position and size relative to the door, compliance block (name + USDOT + numbers) always in the same corner, one type family, two colors max, and a rule for each vehicle type — pickup, box truck, van, trailer. We keep your spec on file so truck #11 matches truck #3 ordered two years earlier.

Mixed fleets without chaos

The trick is anchoring: same logo height relative to the door on every vehicle, compliance block in the same position even when door sizes differ. A Sprinter and a dump truck can't be identical — they can be unmistakably the same company.

What it costs at scale

Cut-vinyl lettering is where fleet budgets stretch: full compliance + branding runs far less per vehicle than one wrap, and per-unit price drops as quantity climbs — see fleet & volume pricing. Add unit numbers and asset tags while the fleet's in the shop.

Rebranding a working fleet

Renaming or refreshing? Stagger it: letter vehicles as they cycle through maintenance, oldest lettering first, and keep the compliance block legally correct on every truck mid-transition. One order, phased shipping — ask us.
