Shipping policy

Everything we sell is cut to order, so an order moves in two stages: we make it, then we ship it. The timings below are honest working targets, not guarantees.
What shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout, plus sales tax where it applies.
We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you are outside the US and want an order, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How long it takes

The production clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you pay. A proof that goes several rounds, or a busy week, will move these numbers. If something is going to be late, we would rather tell you than let you wonder — email us any time at decaldepotco@gmail.com.
Where it ships from
Every order is made and shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Your shipping address
We collect your shipping address at checkout, before payment, so it is right even when your card bills somewhere else. Check it on the confirmation screen — if it is wrong, tell us or call (702) 808-1668 straight away. We have not cut anything until you approve the proof, so there is normally time to fix it at no cost.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. Once it is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands and title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
If it arrives damaged, or does not arrive
- Damaged in transit — send us a photo and we remake it free.
- We cut it wrong — we remake it free.
- Tracking says delivered but you do not have it — contact us. We will help you chase the carrier and work it out with you.

Local pickup and installation
In the Las Vegas valley you can skip shipping entirely — we offer professional installation. Message us to arrange it before you order.
