These terms cover orders placed through fleetdecaldepot.com. Placing an order means you agree to them.
What we make
We cut custom vinyl lettering and decals to order. Every item is produced specifically for you using the wording you supply, which is why our return policy works the way it does.
You supply the wording — we cut exactly that
This is the important one. We cut precisely what you approve on the proof. We do not verify that your USDOT number, MC number, license number or weight rating is correct, current, or the right one for your operation. Confirming that is yours to do.
We send you a free digital proof before anything is cut. Once you approve that proof, it becomes the specification for your order. If an approved proof contains a typo, a wrong digit, or an expired number, that is not a defect and a remake would be a new order. Please read your proof carefully — it exists for exactly this reason.
Compliance information on this site
We publish letter-height specs, citations and state requirements because we think this market gets them wrong too often. We work hard to get them right and we cite the source so you can check us. Even so, it is general information, not legal advice, and regulations change. You remain responsible for meeting the rules that apply to your operation. If something we have published looks wrong to you, tell us — we would rather fix it than defend it.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price shown when you order is the price you pay.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before charging you and you can cancel.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Production and shipping
Current production time is 1–2 business days after you approve your proof, and we ship from Las Vegas. Those are honest working targets, not guarantees — a busy week or a proof that takes several rounds will move them. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
Our guarantee, and its limits
If we cut it wrong, we remake it free. If it arrives damaged, we remake it free. If you tear it applying it, we replace it free — once, as a goodwill policy, not an entitlement.
Our vinyl is rated by its manufacturer for 5+ years outdoors. That rating assumes normal vehicle use and reasonable care. It is not a warranty against pressure washing at close range, solvent damage, abrasion, vandalism, or removal and reapplication.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including fines, citations, out-of-service orders, downtime or lost business.
Your artwork
If you send us a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to reproduce it for your order. We do not use customer artwork in our own marketing without asking you first.
Installation service
Our installation add-on is available in the Las Vegas area only and is scheduled separately after you order. Vehicle surfaces must be clean and sound; we may decline to install on failing paint, rust or previously wrapped surfaces where adhesion cannot be relied on.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
