Your annual inspection decal expires every 12 months. State credentials renew on their own cycles. Your USDOT record needs its biennial update. Vinyl fades, trucks get swapped, numbers change — and every one of those is a thing you have to remember, re-measure, and re-order while you're trying to run trucks. Miss one and it's a roadside violation.

How it works

1. Enroll below — tell us your numbers (USDOT, MC, GVW, state #, unit #s) and your key dates (last annual inspection, MCS-150 update, state renewals). Takes 5 minutes, once.
2. We build your truck's file — every number, size, and color stored, so reorders are one email with zero re-typing.
3. We remind you — about 30 days before your annual inspection, MCS-150/biennial update, or state credential comes due, you get an email/text. (The inspection itself is done by a qualified inspector — we don't issue inspection stickers.)
4. We replace your vinyl — your USDOT, MC, GVW, unit-number and company-name decals are recut and shipped on your plan's schedule, or any time a number changes. Heads-up email first; nothing to re-type.
5. Anything changes, we recut — new truck, new number, faded doors: on the Pro plan a replacement set each year is already included.

What we remind vs. what we replace

Annual inspection stickers certify that a specific vehicle passed an inspection by a qualified inspector — they're issued after the inspection, not in advance. We keep you ahead of the date; your inspector supplies the sticker.
