Number every truck and trailer in the fleet, matched size, matched font, in one order.
Unit numbers are how you run a fleet. Dispatch calls the number, the yard finds the truck, the driver logs the number, maintenance tracks the number. They need to be the same on every vehicle and they need to be readable across a yard.
What you get
Two decals per vehicle by default, one for each side. Digits, letters or both. 2 inch up to 12 inch tall. Door, hood, roof or trailer.
Ordering a range
The price is per set of 2, one vehicle. Set the quantity to the number of vehicles, then list every unit number in the box, for example UNIT 401 through UNIT 425. We cut the whole run and label each pair by number. Numbering 10 or more vehicles? Message us first for fleet pricing.
How it works
- Add to cart and type your details in the text box above the Add-to-cart button.
- We email you a proof, laid out to scale on a mock-up of your surface (send a photo of your door, window or truck and we lay it on that), usually same day.
- You approve it. Then we cut. Nothing gets cut before you say yes.
Installs in minutes
Every decal ships pre-masked on transfer tape as one piece. Clean the surface, tape it in place, peel, squeegee, pull the tape off. Written instructions in every order.
Free digital proof (usually same business day). Free U.S. shipping. Ships 1–2 business days after proof approval from Las Vegas, NV. Orders of 30+ sets with multi-color logos ship in 3–5 business days.

Unit numbers that work for the whole fleet
A unit number is the name your dispatcher, your shop, your fuel cards and your insurance schedule use for each truck and trailer. The federal marking rule doesn't require one; fleets add them because "unit 214 needs tires" beats reading a VIN off the dash.
Pick the scheme before you order
Decide how the numbers work before anything is cut, so the fleet you have in three years still makes sense: blocks by vehicle type (tractors in one hundred-series, trailers in another), room to grow, and never reusing a sold truck's number. Our fleet numbering system guide walks through the common schemes.
Where the numbers go
- Cab doors, near the compliance lines, in the same height as your USDOT line so the stack reads as one block.
- Front and rear, so a yard check can read the number walking up to the truck.
- Trailer nose and rear doors, where a hostler or dock worker looks first.
Sizes
Two to three inches suits a door next to the USDOT line. Six to twelve inches is for box fronts, trailer noses and rear doors you want to read from across a lot. Every set is cut in the same font, so unit 7 and unit 107 match even when they are ordered months apart.
Ordering for many trucks
Put every unit number in one order and we cut them as one job. Fleet pricing takes 10% off automatically at 15 or more trucks, and for trucks that still need their compliance lines, the Full Compliance Kit covers name, USDOT, MC and GVW in the same colors.
