Every decal is cut to order and checked against a proof you approve before anything is cut. These are the four promises that come with it.
1 Cut right or we remake it free
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or cut incorrectly due to our mistake, we'll remake it or refund it at no charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
2 Goof-Proof install guarantee
Applying vinyl for the first time? You're covered. If you mess up the installation for any reason — bubbles, tears, crooked placement, stuck-together vinyl — email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace that piece free, once per order, on orders up to $150. On larger jobs we replace the damaged section at cost. We'd rather you order with confidence than worry about the squeegee.
3 5-Year No-Fade Guarantee
Our standard cut vinyl is rated by its maker for 5+ years outdoors. If it fades, cracks or peels within 5 years of normal use on a clean, sound surface, send us a photo and we replace that piece free. Metallic, chrome, frosted and reflective films carry the rating printed on their spec sheet, which is shorter. The guarantee doesn't cover pressure washing at the decal edge, solvents, collisions, or surface failure such as peeling paint.
4 Built to the federal marking rule
Built to the federal marking rule. Every USDOT, MC and company-name decal we cut is laid out to 49 CFR §390.21: your legal name (or the trade name on your USDOT record) and USDOT number, in a color that contrasts with your truck, sized to be readable from 50 feet in daylight. If a marking we cut to your approved proof doesn't meet that rule, we remake it free. Send us a photo, and the inspection report if you got one, within 12 months of delivery.
Not covered: numbers or names you gave us that are wrong, placement or installation, wear or damage after install, and state-specific rules you didn't select on your proof.
