What Florida requires
Florida farm trucks operating under the intrastate agricultural exemption are not off the hook for marking: a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of 26,001 lbs or more, or with three or more axles on the power unit regardless of weight, must display the name of the owner or motor carrier and the municipality or town where the vehicle is based, on each side, in contrasting letters readable from 50 feet.
