Letter five or ten trucks in one order: the same company name and USDOT number on every door, same font, same layout, with each truck's unit number included. One proof covers the whole fleet.
What you get
- For every truck: a set of 2 door decals (one for each side) with your company name and USDOT number
- A unit number for each truck — send them in order (101, 102, 103…) or tell us where to start
- One color for the whole fleet, from 13 vinyl colors — pick one that contrasts with your paint
The federal marking rule
Federal law (49 CFR §390.21) requires the carrier name and USDOT number on both sides of the power unit, in a color that contrasts sharply with the background, legible from 50 feet in daylight. 2" is our standard starting size for most trucks and vans; larger trucks may need taller lettering. Running intrastate in a state that adds a suffix? Tell us in the box and we add it — see the state suffix letters guide.
More than ten trucks?
Fleet volume pricing covers larger fleets and mixed orders. Need a single truck? That is the regular USDOT number decal.
How it works
- Add to cart and type your details in the text box above the Add-to-cart button.
- We email you a proof, laid out to scale (send a photo of your door and we lay it on that), usually same day.
- You approve it. Then we cut. Nothing gets cut before you say yes.
Free digital proof (usually same business day). Free U.S. shipping. Ships 1–2 business days after proof approval from Las Vegas, NV. Orders of 30+ sets with multi-color logos ship in 3–5 business days. Commercial-grade 5+ year outdoor vinyl, weeded, taped and application-ready.
