Where it goes
Smooth, hard surfaces: hard-wall booth panels, headers, counters, podiums, kiosks, glass and acrylic. Cut vinyl won't stick to fabric or SEG graphics or carpet, and we don't print full-color logos: every color is cut from its own vinyl.
Rush and shipping
Every clock starts when you approve your proof. RUSH orders approved by 12 PM Pacific on a business day ship that day. USPS sets delivery times, so we can't promise a delivery date; pick RUSH + Priority Mail Express for 1–2 days to most addresses.
Where to ship it
Your hotel (held under the name on the reservation) or your office is usually the easiest. You can also ship to the show's advance warehouse with your exhibitor label. The show contractor bills a material-handling charge on warehouse deliveries, which can cost more than a small order. Your exhibitor kit lists the warehouse dates and carrier rules.
