Three patterns

• Dot Fade: a field of frosted dots, big at the bottom, shrinking to tiny at the top.
• Square Fade: the same fade with crisp squares, for a more modern look.
• Graduated Stripes: horizontal frosted stripes, thick at the bottom, thinning toward the top.

How much it hides

Frost blurs what's behind it. You can see light and shapes, not faces or detail. The fades are densest at the bottom, so someone sitting or standing close is screened while the top stays bright. Want it solid at the top instead, like a clerestory? Say so in the box and we run the fade the other way, same price. Pattern in clear flips the look: frost with clear dots, squares or lines.

Pick your window size

Measure the glass you can see, not the frame, in inches. Multiply width x height and divide by 144 to get square feet, then pick the size at or above that.

• Up to 4 sq ft: about 24 x 24 in, a door vision panel or small window
• Up to 8 sq ft: about 36 x 32 in, a bathroom window
• Up to 12 sq ft: about 36 x 48 in, a standard window
• Up to 16 sq ft: about 36 x 64 in, a half-glass door
• Up to 20 sq ft: about 36 x 80 in, a full-glass door
• Up to 24 sq ft: about 48 x 72 in, a big window or sidelight pair

One side of the glass has to be 46 in or less. Bigger glass, or more than 24 sq ft? Message us first. Several panes? Add one to your cart for each pane, each with its own size, and type every measurement in the box.

Cut to your exact glass

This is not a stock sheet you trim. We fit the pattern to your measurements, so the repeats come out even and nothing ends in a thin sliver at the edges. You get one piece per pane, pre-masked with transfer tape, ready to go on.

Two looks, same price

• Pattern in frost: the pattern is frosted, the space around it stays clear.
• Pattern in clear: solid frost with the pattern showing as clear glass.

Install

Goes on the inside of the glass. Clean the glass with soapy water and a lint-free cloth, dry it, tape the top edge in place, peel the backing and squeegee from the center out, then pull off the transfer tape. Big panes go easier with two people. It peels off later without damaging the glass, so it works for renters too. Clean it with mild soap and water and a soft cloth.
