Your Colorado intrastate carrier number, cut to the state's own display spec.

The spec we cut to

Marking: CO PUC HHG-1234 Letter size: 3 inch letters, a hard floor (luxury limousines excepted, see below) Authority: 4 CCR 723-6 Rule 6015 (Colorado Public Utilities Commission)

That citation is on this listing because we actually read it. Most sellers in this category quote a generic 2 inch federal rule at you regardless of what state you are in. Colorado has its own number and its own spec, and that is what you are buying here.

Read this first

Colorado writes a 3 inch minimum with no rounding down, and household goods movers carry the HHG designation in the number itself. Send the full designation, not just the digits.

LL (luxury limousine) permit? Limos follow Rule 6303 instead of 6015: your permit number with "LL", "PUC LL" or "CO PUC LL" in front (for example CO PUC LL-12345), on both sides or front and back, between 1½ and 3 inches tall. Pick the 3 Inches size; the 4 and 6 inch sizes are too tall for a limo. Company name, logo and phone are optional. Questions? Call us first.

What you get

Two decals, one for each side of the power unit, in the state's required size. Any color. Send your number exactly as the state issued it and we will lay it out.

A note on the 2 inch rule

Most sellers tell you 2 inch letters are federally required. They are not. 49 CFR 390.21(c) only requires markings on both sides that contrast sharply with the background and are legible from 50 feet in daylight. The 2 inch figure comes from individual state rules and industry habit. We size to whichever standard applies to you and tell you which one it is.

How it works

  1. Add to cart and type your details in the text box above the Add-to-cart button.
  2. We email you a proof, laid out to scale on a mock-up of your surface (send a photo of your door, window or truck and we lay it on that), usually same day.
  3. You approve it. Then we cut. Nothing gets cut before you say yes.

Installs in minutes

Every decal ships pre-masked on transfer tape as one piece. Clean the surface, tape it in place, peel, squeegee, pull the tape off. Written instructions in every order.

Free digital proof (usually same business day). Free U.S. shipping. Ships 1–2 business days after proof approval from Las Vegas, NV. Orders of 30+ sets with multi-color logos ship in 3–5 business days.
