Who runs this decal
Federal rule 49 CFR §392.10 requires certain commercial vehicles to stop before crossing tracks: buses carrying passengers, placarded hazmat vehicles, and cargo tanks used for hazardous materials among them. Those vehicles brake at crossings the rest of traffic rolls through — which is exactly how they get rear-ended. A clear rear notice is the cheap fix, and many fleet and school-bus specs call for one.
