The symbol drawn properly
The International Symbol of Access has set proportions. Most cheap decals use a clip-art wheelchair that is close but wrong, and it reads as wrong to anybody who looks at these for a living. Ours is drawn to the standard geometry.

Straight answer on ada
Cut vinyl on glass is not the same thing as tactile room signage. The ADA Standards require permanent rooms and spaces to be identified with raised characters and braille, mounted beside the latch side of the door. A vinyl decal cannot do that, and we will not tell you it can. What vinyl is good for is directional and informational marking, window graphics and door wording, which the same standards treat differently. If a plan reviewer or inspector is involved, buy tactile plaques for the rooms and use these for everything else.
Colours
Standard is white on the blue field, or white cut vinyl straight onto glass. We will cut it in any colour you ask for, but the blue is standard for a reason, which is that people scan for it.
